Barcelona rallied from a 1-0 deficit to triumph over Real Madrid.

On Sunday, Barcelona clinched their 15th Spanish Super Cup title with a decisive 5-2 victory against Real Madrid.

Kylian Mbappe scored for Real Madrid in the 5th minute at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Barcelona made a strong statement by concluding the first half with a dominant 4-1 advantage. This was achieved through goals from Lamine Yamal in the 22nd minute, Robert Lewandowski via penalty in the 36th minute, Raphinha finding the net in the 39th minute, and Alejandro Balde scoring during stoppage time at 45+10 minutes.

Barcelona, under the leadership of manager Hansi Flick, began the second half swiftly and netted another goal through Raphinha in the 48th minute, extending their lead to 5-1.

Barcelona's goalkeeper, Wojciech Szczesny, received a direct red card in the 56th minute. Meanwhile, Real Madrid closed the gap to three with Rodrygo scoring from a free kick in the 60th minute.
